Breakdown Cover1
Covers you for repairs and replacements to your Apple device if it suddenly stops working outside the Apple warranty.
Battery Cover1
Covers you for repairs and replacements to your battery if it suddenly stops working outside of the Apple warranty.
Theft Cover
Covers you for any loss resulting from your Apple device being stolen, as long as it is in your possession or stored in a secure place out of sight.
Liquid Damage
Covers you for any accidental damage to your Apple device that results from splashes or full immersion.
Loss Cover*
Covers you for the replacement of your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch if you accidentally lose it. Please note that loss cover isn’t available on any other types of Apple device.
Accidental Damage
Covers accidentally cracked screens and any other damage that prevents your Apple device from functioning normally. Accidental damage does not cover general wear and tear or purely cosmetic damage.
In addition all our policies include Unlimited Claims, Worldwide Cover, Family Use, £150 of Accessories Cover, £2500 of Unauthorised Usage and Contract Cover on contract mobiles.

AppleCare+ is Apple’s own insurance and extended warranty program and like our gadget insurance It covers mechanical failures and accidental damage due to unexpected and unintentional events. If you opt for AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, you’ll also get coverage for theft and loss incidents. However, unlike cover from tinhat™ you must have “Find My” enabled on your device at the time it is lost or stolen and you are limited to just two claims every 12 months. If you want AppleCare+ you have to buy it within 60 days of your device purchase, you can still take out cover from us upto a year after purchase. AppleCare+ is not just for iPhones; it also covers iPads, Macs, and any Bluetooth-paired devices like AirPods or Apple Watch.
