Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge start shipping tomorrow!

The Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will be delivered to you tomorrow if you chose to pre-order it from a major UK network or retailer, or directly from Samsung.
In the US, T-Mobile customers have already received their shiny new phones - and sadly one Redditor has already cracked the glass on his:
Apparently the phone dropped from his pocket while he sat down, so it only fell a couple of feet. So it's surprising that the Gorilla Glass 4 smashed. It just goes to show that if you're unlucky anything can happen. Ironically, he had ordered a case, but it was still in the mail. So if you are expecting to get your hands on a Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge tomorrow, make sure you're extra careful with it until your case arrives!
There have also been a lot of drop tests uploaded, which suggest that cracked glass isn't the only thing you need to worry about. Dropping your Galaxy S7 from a height could also damage the internals to the point that it won't power on. Check out this video from TechRax:
So if you're buying a Galaxy S7 or S7 edge you might also want to get it insured against accidental damage and mechanical breakdown, which costs just £5.99 a month from Tinhat. Check out our Galaxy S7 insurance today.
