These terms apply to customers receiving a £5 easySim voucher code through the tinhat™ promotion.
- The Offer
Eligible tinhat™ customers may receive a promotional £5 easySim voucher code. - Voucher Use
Each voucher code:
- can only be used once;
- is non-transferable;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- must be redeemed through the designated easySim redemption page.
- Eligibility
The promotion is available to eligible tinhat™ customers only. easySim may refuse redemption if a code is invalid, expired, already used, or where misuse is suspected. - Expiry
Voucher codes must be redeemed within 3 months of issue. - easySim Credit
Once redeemed, the £5 will be added to the customer’s easySim wallet as credit.
This credit:
- can only be used towards eligible easySim products or eSIM bundles;
- cannot be withdrawn as cash;
- expires 12 months after redemption if unused.
- Misuse
tinhat™ and easySim reserve the right to withdraw or cancel voucher codes where fraud, misuse, or unauthorised sharing of codes is suspected. - Changes or Withdrawal
tinhat™ and easySim reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary. - Governing Law
